Terms of Service

Read these terms in full before using the service, particularly the provisions on the nature of the service, points and purchases, and limits of liability.

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of 占卜迷指 (the service) provided by 占卜迷指 (we). Checking the agreement box during registration confirms that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not register or use the service.

2. Nature of the service

The service offers information tools related to traditional destiny analysis and divination. You describe a question in natural language; the system recommends methods, collects necessary information, generates a chart and uses an AI model to produce an interpretation.

All output is for reference, entertainment and cultural learning only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind and cannot replace professional advice in medicine, psychology, law, finance and investment, marriage and family matters, education or other fields. For matters involving health, property, personal safety or major decisions, consult a professional with the relevant qualifications.

We do not guarantee predictive accuracy. AI-generated interpretations may be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Charts and evidence show the basis for an interpretation, not proof that it is correct. Use your own judgment and accept responsibility for decisions based on the output.

3. Accounts

Register with a valid email address that belongs to you and can receive messages, for sign-in, password recovery and necessary notices. Keep your credentials secure and take responsibility for activity on your account. If you discover unauthorized use, change your password immediately and contact us. Normally, one account is allowed per person; bulk registration and lending, renting out, selling or transferring accounts are prohibited.

Request account closure through the published contact details. The account page currently has no self-service closure option. Related data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

4. Minors

The service is not intended for children under 14. Users under 18 must use it accompanied by a guardian, with the guardian's guidance and consent. If we discover an account belonging to a minor who does not meet these conditions, we may stop providing the service and arrange deletion of the relevant data.

5. Points and purchases

Points are virtual benefits that cover readings within the service, not money, tokens or prepaid cards. They cannot be withdrawn as cash, exchanged for legal tender or transferred between users. Closing or suspending an account does not automatically convert points into a cash refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Readings are charged according to the published rules. Points incorrectly deducted because of a system fault will be credited back after verification.

Changes to bonus rules and point costs apply only to activity after the change. Points obtained through cheating, bulk account registration or software vulnerabilities may be removed, and those responsible may be held accountable.

When purchasing point packages or memberships, the amount, currency, taxes, period, usage allowance, purchase limits and purchase instructions displayed when you confirm the purchase apply. Third-party hosted checkout is in English; changing the site language does not change product prices or benefits. Payment status and benefit delivery are determined by verified order records. For cancellations, refunds or payment disputes, follow the purchase instructions and use the published contact details. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Acceptable use

Do not violate local law or distribute unlawful, violent, pornographic, discriminatory, hateful or infringing content. Do not use the output to exploit others financially, intimidate anyone, practice medicine unlawfully or make unlawful investment recommendations. Automated bulk requests, bypassing billing or security limits, reverse engineering, scanning or probing, attacks that overload the service, and interference with the service are prohibited.

Before submitting another person's birth details or other personal information, obtain explicit authorization from that person or their guardian. Do not submit examples or unverified information as that person's actual details.

For violations, we may restrict features, suspend or terminate an account, and pursue remedies available under law.

7. Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, rights in the interface, copy, articles, algorithm implementations and visual design belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You retain rights to your input and authorize us to store and process it as necessary to provide the service.

You may use your own interpretations for personal study and sharing. Credit the source when using them commercially or publishing them, and accept the related responsibility. If you believe content infringes someone's rights, you can notify us through the published contact details so we can verify and address the issue.

8. Changes, interruption and termination

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party failures or force majeure may cause interruptions. We will restore the service as soon as possible and issue notices when necessary. If adding, changing or removing features has a materially adverse effect on you, we will notify you in advance by notice or email. Liability remains subject to applicable law.

9. Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of data or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Our aggregate liability for direct losses is limited to the total amount you actually paid for the service in the twelve months before the dispute; if you paid no fees, it is limited to RMB 100.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including personal injury caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Changes to these terms

Material changes will be announced by notice or email, with an updated version and effective date. Where renewed consent is needed, it will be requested separately. Earlier consent records will not be rewritten as acceptance of a new version. If you do not accept the new terms, stop using the service. You may contact us to request account closure.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules. First seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court there. Mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
